UNDO’s Diploma in Concept Art Illustration is a full-time, two-year program that includes Traditional and Digital drawing curriculum. The curriculum leans heavily towards the drawing skill set but also builds a foundational 3D skill that would further add as an advantage to their set of knowledge.

Foundation Year

The Foundational Year at UNDO Academy provides students with a solid grounding in both traditional and digital artistic techniques. Through a focus on observational drawing and sketching, students develop a deep understanding of anatomy, perspective, and composition. They then transition to digital platforms, exploring the creative process of translating ideas into visual concepts, while gaining technical proficiency in digital tools and software. Additionally, the year introduces students to the fundamentals of 3D design, animation, and technical setups, offering a holistic approach that blends artistic creativity with industry-relevant skills. This year serves as a comprehensive foundation for further study and practice in the creative field.

Concept Art Illustration Major Year

The Conceptual Art Illustration Major Year at UNDO Academy is designed to deepen students’ artistic and technical expertise while focusing on visual storytelling and creative design. Throughout the year, students will explore the process of bringing original ideas to life, developing skills in dynamic visual creation and character development. They will learn to transform concepts into fully realized environments, props, and characters, honing their ability to communicate narratives through detailed visual designs. In addition, students will enhance their rendering techniques, refine their drawing skills, and study the foundations of motion in art, preparing them for careers in illustration, animation, and conceptual design.
